Commercial Services Division As the largest title Company in the State of Louisiana, United Title of Louisiana, Inc. has a full service Commercial Division to handle your commercial transaction throughout the State.  We can provide owners, lenders and lessees with title insurance policies, complete with endorsements, multi-site coordination, document preparation, UCC searches and recording, closing, escrow and notary services. We provide closing services for the entire state.  Commercial transactions can occur at either Commercial Centers or at any one of our other offices throughout the State of Louisiana. Our underwriters respond very quickly when we need decisions on "special risks" or an underwriting decision.  This also allows greater coordination for reinsurance or coinsurance facilities on large commercial transactions.  Our Commercial Division has issued policies in excess of $1 billion dollars for each of the past three  years. Our relationship with eight national underwriters allows us to provide statewide coordination of multi-site and multi-state transactions.  This allows the customer to have one contact for the entire state. Our company has played an integral role in the development of the real estate industry in communities we serve.  We have years of experience in working with out-of-state lenders, title agencies, and national underwriters to assist in closing multi-state transactions. Our Commercial Services Department has five real estate attorneys who are supported by a staff of six additional seasoned Commercial professionals.
